DUCK COUNTRY
LOCATED NEAR THE END OF THE MISSISSIPPI FLYWAY, the bird migration route that follows the Mississippi River from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico, north Louisiana is renowned for duck hunting. Chef Cory Bahr, a Monroe native, has long been passionate about hunting, and as a chef, he loves duck meat for its versatility.
