MATERIALS
• 2 x 20cm round cakes
• 1 x 7 inch (17.5cm) round card
• 1 x 8 inch (20cm) round card
• 4 x wooden dowels
• 1 x 11 inch (27.5cm) round wooden cake board
• 1.5kg white fondant icing
• Gel colours – Wilton creamy peach, brown.
• Royal Icing dry mix
EQUIPMENT
• 4 inch (10cm) crank handle spatula
• 2 x fondant smoothers
• Scraper
• Pizza wheel
• Small non–serrated knife
• Dressmaking pins
• Stencil of your choice (the one used in this project is part of the Designer Stencil C550 - Filligree Damask Set)
