BULLET CORP HI-TEK are hard cast lead bullets coated with a substance called Hi-Tek Supercoat. This coating, made by Australian company J&M Specialty Products P/L, has been around for some 20 years. Only recently have US and South African commercial bullet casters and handloaders started using this coating for their lead alloy bullets.
