December. It’s not really a month people associate with health and fitness, but rather excess and indulgence. Yet it needn’t be so. This issue is packed with advice onas well as some simple December is also a time for – another Scandi buzzword! – which describes that week between Christmas and January 1 that can often end up being a bit of a wasted period spent slumped in front of the TV. In Sweden they embrace this week to rest, reset and refocus on what’s important in life, including spending time with loved ones.
