EVERY BODY IS Beautiful!

SOMETIMES complicated words are best replaced with fruit-based metaphors, and this rings true when it comes to body types. Pear shape, for example, is a lot easier to imagine than ‘gynoid’. While no two bodies are the same, dieticians have come up with a few standard body types that categorise by shape –the apple, pear, carrot, strawberry, banana, orange and pearnana (the lovechild of the banana and pear). Just like there is no ‘ideal fruit’, there’s also no such thing as an ‘ideal’ body shape, regardless of what some may try to tell you. The secret is knowing what shape you are and making the best with what you were born with.
