SAMOOSAS WITH CHUTNEY

Ingredients
1 T olive oil
450 g mince beef
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger, grated
Salt and pepper
24 samoosa strip pastry
Oil for deep frying
