This month I’ve opted for a pair of really quick and easy BBQ favourites, which never fail to impress. I’ll be honest, the mushroom recipe is from Editor Paul’s BBQ repertoire, but I’m sure he won’t mind me sharing it with you!

It really couldn’t be easier as you don’t need any special tools and it takes just minutes to put the ’shrooms together while the BBQ is warming up. Better still, you can leave the meat out if you have vegetarian friends (chopped olives make a great alternative to meat
