BARDSEA LEISURE, a family-run caravan park and dealership in Ulverston, Cumbria, has been established for many years.

The site, originally developed back in 1976 on the grounds of a disused quarry, hosts a mix of static and touring pitches.

Over the past few years, the dealership has doubled in size, with new buildings and extended forecourts.

We were looking for family-sized tourers offering a good level of spec, and we spotted two promising models – one sleeps up to six, while the other is a four-berth. Although they are both the same age, the Challenger is £2500 dearer than the Pegasus.
