BOLD gym was founded in 2014 by German-born Irene Scholz, with the vision of creating an inclusive space where people felt empowered to be the best version of themselves. It has since been taken over by Vicky Polydorou, who met Irene in the early stages of BOLD and joined as a coach soon after.
