Michael Isted is founder of The Herball, a company that produces small-batch herbal infusions and plant extracts. A trained herbalist, nutritionist and drinks specialist, he is spreading the word on the wellbeing properties of plants – be it to aid sleep, digestion, energy levels or boost our immunity.
