ou’ve probably heard about running shoes that offer special support to keep injuries at bay, especially if you over- or under pronate (roll your foot inwards or outwards when running). Well, it might be worth making the investment. In a six-month study of almost 400 recreational runners, scientists found the overall injury risk was lower for runners who wore motion-control.
