REGIONAL FENG SHUI

We started photographing Chinese restaurants on a roadtrip from Melbourne to Sydney in early 2016. There’s a mystique to these unchanged places. All the restaurants we’ve visited since have menus that feature the classic Chinese-Australian repertoire: spring rolls, sweet and sour pork, lemon chicken, honey prawns. Some, particularly in rural areas,
