ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPH

‘This photo was taken in mid-morning at the Shenzhen Harbour in China using my old Fuji XE1 which has been specially converted for infrared photography. This time of day is perfect for infrared as harsh sunlight creates striking effects. I custom set my white balance in the camera so that the green foliage reads as white. The infrared image had an amber sky and the foliage came out grey to blue-ish. I then swapped the red
