Bezel Chaton Necklace

Sparkling Swarovski crystals are nestled in intricate peyote-stitched bezels and linked together with a dimensional righ-tangle-weave strap.

1) SMALL BEZEL. Use circular and tubular peyote stitch to create the small bezel: Round 1: Use 3' of thread to string 4B; pass through the beads again to form a tight circle, leaving a 3" tail. Use the working and tail threads to tie a square knot. Pass through the first B of this round (Fig. 1, pink thread).

Round 2: String 1B and pass through the next B of the previous round; repeat three times. Pass through the first B of this round (Fig. 1, orange thread).

Round 3: String 3B and pass through the next B of the previous round; repeat three times. Pass through the first 3B of this round (Fig. 1, purple thread.)

Round 4: String 1B and pass through the next 3B of the previous round; repeat three times. Pass through the first B of this round (Fig. 1, green thread).

String 2B; pass through the middle B of the next 3B set of Round 3. String 2B; pass through).
