Get fit with your iPhone

The obvious answer to using technology to help you get fitter, to lose weight and to track calories is an Apple Watch. It offers so many useful fitness functions and has been proven to help many thousands of people change their lives for the better, but you can do almost as much with just your iPhone if you take the time to see what apps and accessories are available.
