Faces People, Places, and World Culture for Kids and Children

DEAR KYLIE

Dear Faces Readers,

This month, I corresponded with two culinary students from Johnson and Wales University. They are both following their passion for food in different ways. Mallary runs her own food blog and hosted a pop up restaurant. Culinary science major Julia told me about some really interesting classes she takes.

Dear Mallary,

I am really excited to hear about your interest in cooking and about your blog. I help my mom cook a little, but we have always done lots of baking. When did you realize you wanted to make cooking your career? I have always been a fairly adventurous eater. Do you like to try new foods?
