For the crust:

savoury crackers 185 g, finely crushed
butter 150 g, melted
Parmesan 70 g, finely grated

For the filling:

baby spinach leaves 200 g, rinsed
free-range eggs 3
cream 1 cup
garlic 1 clove, crushed 10 g roughly chopped to taste 250 g, crumbled to garnish (optional)
