Etsy shares both its goals and its progress in empowering creators, building a diverse workforce, and becoming carbon neutral. “We publish metrics on all three and give them equal prominence to our financials,” says CEO Josh Silverman, who’s almost doubled gross merchandise sales growth in two years. “Hold us accountable.” —David Lidsky
