Steam Dreams sets sights on trips to heritage lines
FOLLOWING on from its headline-grabbing double-header with Carnforth’s Bulleid Merchant Navy Pacific No. 35018 British India Line working the Railway Touring Company’s ‘Cumbrian Mountain Express’on February 2, B1 4-6-0 No. 61306 Mayflower was booked to make its post-overhaul passenger-hauling debut in its own right on Thursday, March 7.
Stopped for heavy overhaul in December 2015, during which time the engine’s owner, David Buck, took over Steam Dreams’operations
