Reece Carter has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science (naturopathy) and is a passionate champion for sensible whole-food nutrition, homegrown herbal remedies and fitness. Growing up on a farm in country Western Australia, Carter developed a keen sense of connection to the land and food from a young age. Taught to cook by his mum, he’s an advocate for fad-free, whole-food nutrition with a focus on gut health.
