    skp - slip 1 stitch, knit 1 stitch, pass slipped st over 2/2LD - 2 over 2 left facing decrease = slip 2 sts to cable needle and move to front, bring the cable needle sts parallel in front of the next 2 sts on left-hand needle, now k2tog (= 1 st from cable needle with 1 st from main needle); work one more k2tog in same fashion 3/3LD - 3 over 3 left facing decrease = slip 3 sts to cable needle and move to front, bring the cable needle sts
