CHICAGO - The Chicago Police Department has officially moved to fire Officer Robert Rialmo for a 2015 shooting that killed a 19-year-old who was carrying a baseball bat and a 55-year-old bystander.

The move Wednesday will kick off hearings before the Chicago Police Board in one of the most divisive police shootings in recent city
