Gym Kid: Cara A. Curtis, DC, grew up in the gym — literally. “My mom was an aerobics instructor and personal trainer, and she’s definitely my fitness inspiration,” says the former figure skater and swimmer. Curtis used to browse the fitness magazines around the gym as a kid and always admired the women featured in the articles. “I hoped that one day I would grow up to be just like one of them,” she says.
