Voigtländer Vito shutter won’t fire

In a local charity shop, I saw an old film camera – a Voigtländer Vito B, priced just £5. I fell in love with it and bought it. It's the first film camera that I have ever owned, or even held, come to think of it. I believe it uses 35mm film but don't have any yet. I am a bit worried that the camera is faulty because the shutter button doesn't do anything. I know
